* Non-serviced sites will be $775.00 + tax monthly rate, no split months or $37.50 daily rate + tax

All other reservations will be booking 1 month in advance

Waterfront $67.50 + tax

Green $55.00 + tax

All bookings one month or greater will be charged 1 month in advance as well as the first month will be required upon arrival. A valid credit card must be on file to be charged each month. Leaving early or cancellations will result in the loss of the prepaid advance.

Prices include 2 adults and 2 children under 16, one RV unit and one vehicle.

​​Special Events & Long Weekends: Three Day Minimum

Day visitors must leave by 10 PM
Day Fees $10 / Adults - $5 / Children under 16

Special Events & Long Weekends: Absolutely no refunds or rain checks for any reason.
 

All Other Dates:

GUESTS: $5 for each vehicle plus one person

$4 every additional person same vehicle.

Additional children under 16 $5
Additional adults max 4 per site $10

Tent add on to site max 2 people $30
